用過洗臉機後,就離不開了它的懷抱....

可想而知,等待送修保固是一件艱辛又漫長的過程

分享給大家如何在保固時間內收到全新的Clarisonic 洗臉機

首先 ,先確認2件事

是否有如果沒有,要先註冊 http://www.clarisonic.com/registration/

*Where did you make your purchase? 請填it was a gift。註冊成功後,就會收到Clarisonic官網確認信 *但美國 clairsonic不提供海外保固*

是否有保固內以下為每種型號的年限:

ü   Clarisonic Mia®: 1 year

ü   Clarisonic Mia 2®: 2 years

ü   Clarisonic Aria™: 2 years

ü   Clarisonic PLUS: 2 years

ü   Clarisonic Opal®: 2 years

ü   Clarisonic Pedi: 2 years

ü   Clarisonic PRO: 3 years for units manufactured after January 2010

 

如果皆符合以上2條件,就可以開始我們的保固流程。

2種方式可以聯絡客服

A. 長途電話:1-888-525-2747 (周一和周二為客服較忙時段,建議其他時間撥打)

寄出後,會馬上收到以下回覆

Thank you for your email inquiry. Your request has been received and will be responded to at our first opportunity. Please anticipate a response to your email within 3-5 business days. (已經收到你的需求,約3-5天後會回覆)

 

接下來就是信件往返的階段-

3-5天後,客服會再來信詢問詳細問題,如下:

- What is your UPS shipping address and telephone number?(美國收件的地址及電話)

*非美國無法寄送喔*

- Where was the Clarisonic system purchased?( 哪裡購買的)

- When did you purchase your Clarisonic? (何時買的)

- On the back of the handle under the Clarisonic logo please tell us what model you have.(型號 ex Mia/PLUS)

- What is the serial number located on the bottom of the handle and charger base?(洗臉機和充電器的序號-一串英文跟數字)

- What color is your Clarisonic? (洗臉機的顏色)

- How often and how long are you charging the handle?(多久充電一次)

- Do you hear any sounds when the handle is placed in or on the charger? (Please describe) (充電後,洗臉機有發出任何聲音嗎?請形容)

- Are the lights coming on the handle when placed in the charger? (If not we recommend trying to charge the unit from an outlet in a different room in the house for 24 uninterrupted hours) (充電時,有燈亮嗎?如果沒有,建議使用別的房間插座,  並充電24小時不間斷)

- If the lights are coming on the handle while being charged Are they solid or blinking?( 充電時,燈會亮,那燈是固定亮著,還是會閃爍?)

- How often are you removing the brush head and cleaning the handle? (We recommend cleaning the brush head at least once a week by rinsing it thoroughly with warm water and antibacterial soap to remove all visible debris or residue then allow the brush head to air dry apart from the handle) (多久會移除並清理刷頭? 建議刷頭每週至少一次用溫水沖淨,並用抗菌肥皂清理任何看得見的髒污,再把刷頭拆除晾乾)

- Please remove the brush head and examine the inside well of the handle. There are prongs on the inside wall that hold the brush head in place. How many are therewhat color are they and are any of them loose or missing? (請移除刷頭,並檢查洗臉機的內壁.洗臉機內有固定刷頭的爪柱, 請問有幾個爪柱?顏色?有任何一個鬆脫或不見的嗎?)

我們填完上述問題後回信,約3-5天會再次收到客服MAIL

 Thank you for your quick response. We have determined that your system is covered under our warranty.

Clarisonic's limited warranty offers equivalent products the same or similar for warranty replacements. An identical replacement is provided when available and in stock. When the color or pattern is not available we provide a new similar device not necessarily the same color or pattern. For your reference the terms of Clarisonic's limited warranty are available in the user guide included with your device or online at http://www.clarisonic.com/clarisonic-owners-welcome-to-clarisonic.htm. (Clarisonic是提供相同或相似的產品做保固更換。當顏色或圖案缺貨時,會提供不同顏色的洗臉機做更換)

A new warranty replacement unit will be shipped out shortly and should arrive via UPS in the next 10-14 business days along with a pre-paid UPS return label. We kindly ask that you remove the brush head from the defective handle before placing the handle and charger in the box. Then securely attach the UPS return label to the outside of the box. The box can then be dropped off anywhere UPS picks up. Once we receive your unit a new warranty will be activated on the replacement unit.( 10-14工作天後,會收到新機+預付UPS貼紙(客服已付錢),再把舊機+充電器包裝好,貼上UPS預付單,拿去任何一個有UPS地點寄出,等客服收到退回的舊機後,新的保固才會開始生效) 

2天後會收到UPS的追蹤碼EMAIL

大約1個禮拜後就會收到熱騰騰的新機喔!!別忘了,舊機要寄回去,新機才享有保固喔!!

*記得刷頭要留下,不要傻傻地寄回去*

整個流程約1個月內就能夠完成!!咪醬覺得時間成本還算ok(2mail1小時,剩下的幾乎都是漫長的等待)。反而寫保固文最久>_<

所以

咪醬建議-大家可以衡量自己的狀況,來評估海外購買or 台灣購買,對你最有利的方式。

~*無論是金錢時間退換貨便利性….等因素*~

 

Ps 海外購買一定要等節日折扣EX 感恩節,否則就跟台灣價格相差無幾喔!!!
